Default Cruising over Easter holiday

Would like to know if the ships are full to capacity over this holiday. Are there a lot of children on board? Should I expect to pay more if I travel over this holiday? Thanks for the help.

Depeding on where you live (fly from) will have bearing on your airline cost. Due to the holiday, flightst could be more expensive. This is the last week of High season for the cruise line and school vacation for a lot of New England schools. Ships could be pretty full. There are many sales out there right now. I saw icruise and orbitz mentioned this week for internet agencies with sales on Carnival. Have a great cruise.

Made the mistake of booking over Easter one year. I didn't even consider that in my booking, it was just a coincidence.

It was HORRIBLE!!! My husband and I don't seem to have the "kids gene" so we chose to have none. The little ones weren't the problem during the cruise. It was the GANGS of TEENS who made us crazy. The entire trip was a complete disaster for us.

So if you don't want to be cruising with a lot of kids, and you aren't locked into that week for any reason, wait until the week (or 2) after Easter. It should also have an impact on your airline pricing.
