Default Panama Cruise

My husband and I are looking for a Panama Canal cruise next March or April. Have done Prnicess Caribbean cruises in the past. Are considering trying Crystal or Radisson Seas. Like the things that Radisson Seas includes. However we also like to dress up. Although we are in our fifties, we enjoy activities, day or night...whether it be art auctions, lectures, dancing at night, etc. so Princess has filled that need. Just thought it would be fun to try a more luxury cruise line. Silver Seas would be too small for us! The rooms and inclusions of Radisson appeal to us, the lectures, entertainments, demos, etc. of Crystal appeal, but have enjoyed Princess so maybe should stick to a good thing! Help! 10-14 days is limit we can be gone as husband is limited on vacation days! Would love lots of input from anyone!

If you like Princess try Celebrity, very upscale and not the cost of Crystal or Radisson. Service is fantastic as is the food. The Millie class ships are great. We sailed the Mercury through the Panama and had a ball. Celeb is usually a 14 night cruise.
I believe Summit (Millie class) is cruising the Panama.

The cruise with Celeb is about 50% ports and 50% sea days spread out nicely.

What ever you decide have a great time.

Ready to Steer towards another cruise

We will be on Radisson Seven Seas Voyager thru canal next Dec/Jan. Anticipate 3-4 formal nights and the rest split between informal and casual. Just came back from my second Radisson cruise...FANTASTIC. Our Diamond cruise average age was around 50. Plenty of activities for a ship with only 150 guests and 204 crew. Our Mariner cruise was full with 642 guests and 444 crew. The ships, service, food are all fantastic. Use your Amex Platinum and a good TA, and you should be able to swing around $500 shipboard credit to cover the non-inclusives. I vote for Radisson!
