Default Yard for the Norway

Anyone know where the repairs for the Norway are going to take place? It seems strainge that NCL is mum on where the ship will be repaired. Maybe they are hoping she will never make to the yard?

I thought the UK doesnt have a yard still building passenger liners. I thought the last UK yard went under when Costa cancelled the new mid-section already built for the Classica.

I read in CND that the route that was filed with the Coast Guard (or whatever agency) was for Land's End England.....but that they final destination would be amended once a decision as to which shipyard would take the Norway was made.

That is correct, they have filed for sailing to Lands End which is standard when they do not know what the final port is in Europe as it is bnasically the crossroads so to speak. It was last repaired in Germany and that may be wehere they will go for evalutations.
