Canadians?!

Hello crusiemate staff!
First I would like to say how much I am enjoying this site! I am addicted!!
I keep reading about these auctions for rooms in San Juan?! Can we as canadians bid and I am assuming it is in usd, I would like to try it if that will get me a better deal??/
But I really don't have much knowledge on these things we usually just book everything thru a travel agent, that way I really don't worry to much about anything! The Canadian Dollar is not that great so we are trying to find a reasonable place in San Juan?! Everyone has given me great advice, but the cost is still really high! Any info on the bidding thing would be great cause the more money I spend the more cruises i will be going on!! Cheers,

Hi there neighbor (I'm from Calgary). You can use Priceline, but you have to "fudge" a little. For state us Ca, and zip code 9999.
You are bidding in US dollars, but it will accept your Canadian credit card.

Hotwire will allow Canadians to bid without the "antics".

One of my servers took a week off to go! We are hurting for tourists on the Island right now hopefully next month will show some improvement!!
