Default Other ships in port?

Is it possible to find out how many other cruise ships will be in port on a given day?

I think it would help to plan shore excursions if I knew how crowded the islands will be.

I am traveling the Caribbean on the Conquest and would like to know how many cruise ships will be in Georgetown, Grand Caymans on 9/04/03 and Cozumel on 9/05/03.

The last time I was in Cozumel, there were seven cruise ships and it wasn't much fun on the island.

Thanks! Richard

I found these using a search for location +"cruise ship schedule"

Grand Cayman 9/4:
Rhapsody
Conquest
Voyager

Cozumel only has August listed:

Thank you so much. I am going to assume that this week's Cozumel schedule will be pretty similar to the week after next, since ROS and VOS are the other two ships scheduled this week in Cozumel.

I had the same question last year and couldn't find a good source of information. What I finally did was build a little spreadsheet with a column for the date and port name for each stop on the cruise. Then I went to the Web sites for each of the major cruise lines, found cruises to the same general location and looked ontheir itineraries for common ports. Anytime I found a match I added in the appropriate column of my spreadsheet. When I was all finished I had a list of each ship that was in the same port as us on a given day. It was a fair amount of work but turned out reasonably well.
