Default Trip Insurance

Hi, my family and I plan to take the Carnival Triumph on October 4 from Miami. Any suggestions on trip insurance and who to buy from?

www.vacationstogo suggests CSA? Any comments?

Thanks

I have read several times not to purchase the insurance from the cruise line. As they are not suppose to be as good. They don't cover as much. When I travel we get Travel Guard which is one of the most highly recommended ones. My TA gives me the forms. Let's see what anyone else has to say who has had more experience than me.

We've always purchased CSA. Thankfully, we've never had to use it (although we almost had to once). Their prices/benefits seem to be as good or better than most. We would not travel without it.

we just took out our insurance with travel guard. it seemed to make the most sense for little money. we only did the basic coverage. this is my first time cruising and taking out insurance, but my travel agent highly recommended this one over CSA.

hope this helps.

I got mine thru Travelex.com.

Policy seemed just what I wanted and covered everything, including pre-existing and bankruptcy, and terrorism. You do have to purchase 14 days after deposit to get the pre-existing waiver. Plus their prices were as good, if even better then Travel Guard.
