Clock time on posts

Is there anyway I can adjust the time so it reflects EST or are the boards on another time zone and that is the way it is???

The posts are set with the server and the time zone it is located in. The only way to show your post time is to write it in with your message.

I believe the server is set in the Central time zone but not absolutely positive. 1:03 AM Pacific time at this posting.
