Alaskan Cruise Weddings

Hi! My fiance' & I both have large families so we have decided to go on an Alaskan cruise, just the two of us, & tie the knot next May. Just thinking about trying to get everyone organized for a huge wedding stresses me out! I have started researching the cruise lines & have become overwhelmed!

I like the idea of "FreeStyle" but I have read many reviews that there is nothing to do at night on Norweign & that the daytime activites are limited also. But I do like their wedding package of around $800. Since it will only be the two of us we would rather just be married, have a cake, champaigne (SP), a few photos, & flowers. No music, reception, etc. Just the basics.

Do you have any suggestions / comments / ideas on cruise weddings?
