Are you talking deep sea fishing license?? Any of the charter boat captains can fix you up.Two years ago we went did this and it was the highlight of our 6th Alaska cruise. The entire family caught the limit of salmon. It was expensive but oh so worth it. We chartered a boat for 1/2 a day and had such a blast, the fishing and the whales so close to our boat you could almost touch them. We did this in Juneau and it cost about $ 500.00 for the 4 of us...but well worth it.
You need to purchase a license for off shore fishing in Alaska.(more and more states are going this route to raise revenue for depleted state treasurys) My own state of North Carolina will most likely do the same thing if they haven't already. Nothings free anymore.
