LAX to LA / San Pedro Harbor..what's the best transport?

Hi Everyone!
Going on the Regal Princess to Hawaii on 4/5/04 for our honeymoon.. We are flying into LAX that morning and need to know the best way to get to the cruise terminal.

Princess offers a shuttle but it seems rather expensive at $50 roundtrip per person. Would a taxi or airport shuttle be cheaper? Any advice is appreciated!

You might want to inquire about Super Shuttle. My guess is $35 for two one way. Plus you will not have to wait for the bus that Princess will hire, loading all the luggage and passengers. Not a great savings but some and less aggravation. A taxi will probably cost 25 to 40% more.

On the other hand Princess on your arrival back to LA will make sure you get off in time to make your flight.

I flew in LAX a day early and we rented a car. The rental agency then shuttled us to the port for free but since you are going in same day that would not be a good idea. BTW, congrats on your upcoming wedding! You will have a great time.
