Default Passport: City and County of Issuance???

The only place I can find on my passport that may have this information is where it says " National Passport Agency". Is this what I put down on my boarding pass form or is City and County of Issuance located somewhere else on my passport?

Thanks

Mine says the same thing but my wife's says Miami, so I put down Miami and have never had a problem.

Thomas

I always used Miami...as that is where it was issued from.

I mailed my old passport to Pittsburgh. Also last time I renewed it (10 years ago) it came back with National Passport Agency also so this isn't anything new.

Okay, now I'm confused. I put down the city and state we live in, because that's where we applied for our passports. They say "National Passport Center". Is that what I should be filling in? I just figured they wanted to know where you applied for it.

help!
