When to arrive at the dock?

I was wondering when the best time would be to arrive at the dock and check in/embark? I know people have varying opinions on this, and I'd like to get a range of them. (The ship leaves at 4pm)

Our ship left at 4pm and we got there about 11:30am...the earlier the better to beat the lines! We got on the ship by 12:30pm and were asked not to go to our cabins til 1:30 to allow the stewards time to clean them. But they had a buffet lunch all set up for us while we waited.

I would get there by 11:00 if possible. You can beat the lines plus get a good feel for the ship before it gets crowded.

The Celebration pamphlets say that boarding is from 1330 hours on. Will they let you board as early as 1200 hours.?

Yes, you can get their at about 11 and get right on! THe only thing they ask is you don't go to your cabin until that 13:30 time or 1:30pm.

usually between 11am and noon is a good time to arrive at the port terminal.

We don't even get off the plane in Miami until 11:50 AM and we have shuttle service so hopefully they won't leave us.
