Default Having to log in over and over

Hi CM Staff,

Here is new weird thing that is happening ... every once in awhile while online (and after posting to many other messages on CM), I am being asked to log in.

It's just odd 'because happens every now and then. The biggest pain is I have to copy the note I was sending, and then re-post it. (I'm sure other people lose what they wrote when going to the log-in screen, though)

Just wanted to draw your attention to it.

Harry

Harry,
I too have the same problem, and its also after I've typed in a message and then have to copy it before I re-login again, UGH! Don't know why this happens, but I try now to see if I am logged in before I post, yea right :-)

It did again ... seems it falls under the "Practical Advice" area.

Yes, it happens to me too. And I've posted this a few months ago. It seems to happen when changing forums, like going from People to Cruiselines.

Undoubtedly it must have something to do with the cookies on your machine and your available cache. Since I have no cache it logs me out frequently.

Regards,
Thomas

Happens to me a couple of times a day. So used to it, that it's almost automatic to check before I post.

You know, when I click on a group of forms like "Practical Advice" and the list of forums comes up, the Log In prompt is on the top of the page, but when I click on the particular forum I want, I am already logged in.
