Default ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

What are RCCL's alcohol policies. Do bartenders card often? Will they sell to kids who are underage if they leave a tiP?

Yeah, they'll sell to you if you leave a REALLY large tip! One that will cover them when they lose their job!

As far as I recall the minimum age is 21but you might check with the cruise line since sometimes some cruise lines permit 18 year old to drink alcoholic beverages.. I doubt if the bartender will be foolish enough to give liquor to an underage, especially since RCL, several years ago got "hit" with a lawsuit for a under age youth getting drunk aboad ship and dying. This is why RCL is so tough on bringing liquor abioard their ships. In the case I mentioned the liquor was brought aboard ship by older passengers and supplied to the youth.

They of course "card you" because on the ship there is a no cash system , so the only way to pay for your drink is with your passenger card , which will note if you are underage.
