I have a policy with them for our cruise in February. It originally was for a cruise in January which we had to move to February. Being the dates were different I emailed Travelex and within a day they emailed me back a new confirmation with the new dates....and it didn't cost me anything to switch the dates. I haven't had to use the policy yet as we haven't cruised yet (and I hope to not have to use it!) but so far their customer service has been great! Plus the price of the policy was great also and covered some things I didn't see in other polices from other insurance companies.
