Jamaican Illness??

Hey guys,
Had a wonderful cruise on the Carnival Conquest Feb. 1-8. On the 10th I started feeling as though I was coming down with the flu. On the 16th I was worse so went to the doctor. She said I had what she believed to be "Community Acquired Pnuemonia" She gave me meds and I'm doing better.
Today I get a call telling me this morning on one of the cable news channels there was a brief story about tourist who recently were in Jamaica becoming sick.
I can't find this information anywhere online. Only an article in the Jamaican paper about Typhoid Fever in another area of the island.
Has anyone heard about this? Just curious.....
