prescription
I am taking an antibiotic and the bottle is pretty big. Can I put enough in a baggie for the trip or do I have to have it in the precription bottle?? I leave in 1 week for a Carnival Destiny cruise.

Re: prescription
i would rather be safe than sorry, put the original, labeled prescripiton bottle in your carry-on luggge, don't pack prescriptions. Unmarked pills in a plastic bag would raise a "red flag" don't you think?

Re: prescription
Most definitely a red flag. Most customs services seem to take the attitude that pills are dope until proved otherwise. They are also not noted for their patience or sense of humor. I always carry mine while traveling in the original bottle, with a backup copy of the prescription (preferably readable). Better safe than sorry.

Re: prescription
I carry all my meds in a 7 day pill keeper, never had a problem at all!
I think security is far too busy looking for weapons and such to worry about a few pills. Mary Margaret |
Re: prescription
ASk your pharmacist to print you another label and give you a smaller bottle..we do this for our patients all the time!
