abbreviations

Could someone tell me what some of the abbreviations I have seen on these posts mean? A few of them are DH, DIL, and DW. There are more but I can't seem to remember them right now. I really enjoy these boards and I really appreciate everyone's help and comments.

Re: abbreviations

DH and DW refer to dear husband and dear wife.

Re: abbreviations

Hi stacy143, I am a west-coaster so I am still up. I at first thought that DH meant D***Head;but I was very wrong. It means Darling Husband;DIL-daughterinlaw ?;Darling Wife DW;DD=darling daughter etc. I certainly do not know much Lingo. Do you know what the Document Dance is?(the happy dance you do when your documents arrive in the mail). LOL(lots of laughs) BG=big grin? I certainly do not know what some of the long Lingo lines mean. I certainly enjoy the boards too. Take care. Also, what ship are you cruising?? You got the time clock in (but no ship)-I have not figured that out yet!!!!! Ah, we will learn in time!!

oops forgot - DDM - double didget midget - when your upcoming cruise is 99 days and counting down. SDM - single didget midget - same as above when your cruise is 9 days and counting.
PCD - post cruise depression - speaks for itself
