marriage certificate vs license

Hi,
I am a first time cruiser and my husband and I booked a last minute cruise and will be leaving on the fascination on July 9. My question is this:
We don't have time to get a passport so I am using my certified birth certificate( sent from the state it is a computer generated but said it is certified) and also planning to use my drivers license. My question my birth certificate has my maiden name of course , drivers license and cruise ticket have my married. I was told that all i needed was a copy of my marriage license. All I have is the original Marriage Certificate that we received from the state a few weeks after we married. Will this do. It has the counties seal on it (it is from 22 years ago) or do I actually need the Marriage license.
