Default help! which ship 4 couples/singles 25-40yrs in Aug/Sept?

My fiance and I want to go on a cruise for 7 nights on a newer ship. We are in our early 30's and don't want a bunch or seniors or kids. We wish to cruise either the first or second week of August or first or second week of Septemper. Any suggestions for a ship sailing the caribbean with people around our age???

P.S. Romantic ambience would be nice. If another tropical destination is available other than caribbean that does not involve many days at sea (ie: has interesting ports) then that is cool too.

Royal Caribbean, either the Navigator or Explorer are great ships. Navigator is newer and I just came off the Explorer in May and it's showing it's wear and the service has gone down a bit.

Mariner of the Seas (goes out of Orlando) is the newest mega ship and I'm sure it's fabulous. You might want to consider it as well.

Check out their itineraries on RCL's site. It gives you the dates and prices. But sometimes a good Travel Agent can even get you a better price.

I think Eastern Caribbean is nicer than the Western.

St. Thomas, St. Maartan, St. Lucia are very nice.

Check out September for price drop, but keep in mind this is the peak of hurricane season.

Have a great time.

Also check out some Radiance class ships in early Sept. These ships are very beautiful and still lots to do and good ports, etc.

Princess - casual elegant. Won't be overun with kids. Princess limits the amount of kids allowed on board.Lots of couples, all age ranges, lots of activites, really good night-life- choose any of the Grand Class ships. Prices drop in September as it is the height of hurricane season in the Caribbean. Consider a southern route as these islands are below the hurricane belt.
