In Nassau you will dock right near the Straw Market and the main part of town. You will have to take a taxi or water taxi to get over to Atlantis Resort and casino.
In Key West you will dock downtown, close to Duval street or at the old Navy Pier. If you dock at the old Navy Pier the Conch Train runs every few minutes and will take you directly into town. You can walk it but the first half is really boring.
I am not sure about Freeport.
In regard to maps, free ones are becoming harder to find online. Go to Google.com and do a search on "Map Nassau Bahamas" "Map Freeport Bahamas" and you will find a few.
You will be supplied with maps on the ship. They are functional but will "highlight" the preferred shopping spots.
Take care and I will gladly take care of your bike while you are gone. :-)

One of the piers in Key West is closed for construction - it's not yours is it, Mike?
We are sailing the Glory in September and have been re-routed toCosta Maya instead of Key West.
