Default 1st Cruise, Question on flight times

Hello

My cruise departs the Port of Miami on 11-27-04 (Saturday) at 4:00PM. Boarding from 12:00 to 3:30. My flight arrives in Miami at 12:20PM (hopefully). I arranged transportation to the port through Carnival. Would a taxi be quicker? If I arrive at the Port at 3:30 will I still be able to board? This gives me 3 hours of time for possible delays and travel to the port ( how far). Iam I thinking right here? Is this enough time? Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Operator,
Are you doing your air through CArnival? If so, they will know when your flight arrives and hopefully hold the ship for you if your flight is delayed, otherwise you're on your own and I would grab a cab instead of the bus. If you've arranged both the air and the transfers through Carnival, you should be OK.

Cab is almost always quicker. You are really pushing it on your flight time! If all goes as planned you'll be fine. Good Luck!

Relax. Take your pre-arranged transportation and you'll be fine. Somebody with a clipboard in the baggage hall will tell you where to go (so to speak). This is not something to be concerned about.
