Default port cancellation time

I found out that princess cays has been taken off my intenary. We were there for 7 hours and it has been replaced with a sea day. We still get into Ft. Laderdale the next day at the same time. What happens with the extra port time. Do they travel at a lower speed? Do a couple of extra laps around a island?

Default Re: port cancellation time

Basically they do circles in the ocean. That way the casinos & stores can stay open on the ship. You won't even notice that you aren't headed for anything.
