Default Flight time

This is the first time we booked a cruise and allowed the cruise line to provide air. We have always booked air ourselves but since this is a holiday flight we left it to the pros. How soon can we expect our docs? We need to make limo reservations to and from the airport and time is getting short. All these plans need to be made and we dont know what time we are going or returning for that matter. 30 days out? 25 ? Any idea ?

Even if you don't have docs in hand. Air will be set 30 days prior, and your travel agent can get your flight info.

At that time I HIGHLY recommend calling the airline and check your seating assignments. This is an area where "cruise line air" often falls down. I've known families who didn't check and ended up with no one sitting together.
