I am sailing on Conquest 1-16-05 and I have a ? about tendering in GC.
We have booked Captain Marvin's Snorkeling from 10am to 1pm. They said we should plan to be there by 9:30am. The ship pulls into GC at 7am (or so the itin says).
My question is since this is not a ship sponsored tour will we be able to get a tender in time to make our 9:30 snorkeling trip?
Any hints on how to get a tendering pass to ensure we make it on time?
Hi Rob,
Yes, I agree, you should be fine with that time frame. When they start to give out tender tickets, just be in the place early enough, but you should be fine.
My husband and I are sailing the Conquest Jan. 30th,2005. We booked the Stingray excursion through Captain Marvins for 8:30am. They want us there by 8:00am. Do you think we will have enough time to tender over and get there by 8:00am? Or should we re-schedule for the next time bracket? The ship is scheduled to arrive in port at 7:00am. Does it happen very often that the ship arrives late?
Shellbell: If you can change the time to a later one I would. We had an 8:30 excursion in Grand Cayman and we were just able to make it. This was on Celebrity Mercury and we had priority tendering for being a suite passenger. If not for this we would not have made it.
Take care,
Mike
