Default Sea Bands -- Do they expire?

I bought these for my first cruise last February for my first cruise and I wonder if they are still good now. Thanks in advance for your help!

No they don't expire because there's nothing medicine in them. They work based on pressure points. The only thing that might affect them is if the bands have lost their elasticity and they are too loose on your wrist and are no longer putting enough pressure at the correct point on your wrist.
