You should check with the cruise line. Some ships stay on "ship time" and others change time to "port time". Our last cruise stayed on "ship time" throughout the cruise which was DST. Grand Cayman and Cozumel were an hour behind us. We didn't go to Jamaica so I can't help with that port.

Most ships do stay on 'ships' time which is the local time of the port they originate from. This is usually differant then the local times at the port. In addition most ports thay I know of do not recognize DST. Best to check with the cruiseline and see what that ship does.
