We did the same in New York City. The best thing to do is to carry your luggage off yourself (do not leave it outside the cabin the night before) and you will be able to get off first. We made it in plenty of time.
I think that since Carnival said not to book anything before 1pm, a 1:30 flight will be doable, just get early disemarbarkation tags, they are usually red. Go to the Purser's Office when you get onboard tell them that you want the earliest disembarkation tickets, they will take care of it for you.
GG, like Slyre said, do the express debarkation, which means you haul your own bags off the ship. As soon as the ship clears port/customs, you can walk right off. You'll have plenty of time, so don't stress it.
