SHIP TO SHIP CONTACT

I would like to know if it is possible to contact someone ship to ship ?
I have afriend going on her first cruise . While we are on the Monarch , in the Pacific Ocean, she will be on the Atlantic Ocean [also with RCCL], on the exact same days !
I wondered if I could contact her ,and, congratulate her on her first cruise while cruising?

Y9ou could call her on the phone but that would be very expensive to say the least! You could also e-mail her if she establishes a shipboard account and checks her e-mail. Probably the best thing is to wish her Bon Voyage and then welcome her back after this is all over and next time maybe sail together!
