Default medical certificate

I believe I need a medical certificate before I can work on a cruise ship. I begin work at the start of April and need to obtain such a certificate. Where do I get one from? what do I need to do to get one? how much does it cost? what is the certificate called? Any help will be much appreciated. (I am from the UK)

Honey, this is true. I believe the cruiseline doctors provide you with the physical but not positive. Give then a call and find out for sure. They will check you over pretty good including blood tests etc and it is a yearly thing.
