Eco - friendly sunscreens

Something this board doesn't talk about (& should) is eco friendly sunscreens --- PABA FREE / OIL FREE / BIODEGRADABLE. I didn't know on my first trip NOT to use regular sunscreens, that it will kill the fish & reefs. One forum I go to makes this a well known fact. I got my sunscreen yesterday at a Wild Oats Store (all natural items). There is smartshield.com to order some. In Texas you can get "Kiss My Face" sunscreen at Whole Foods Market. It's one that is made not to harm coral and wildlife. You can do a search on sunscreens & find many places to order them. I hope everyone keeps this subject alive & protect the beautiful Caribbean

This topic has come up a number of times on the boards. I'm with you, Cheri - I hope people start thinking about protecting the environment as much as possible in the Caribbean.
