icruise Corp. head quarters

I am trying to find the address for the Corp. headquarters for icruise. I found one address on their web site but don't think that is the corp. headquarters. I have a major problem with their company and want to contact someone other than customer service. This problem has been on going for 5 months now and it's time things get resolved. I read that Alex Aliksanyan is their CEO.
I do NOT recommend them. They have great prices but NO ethics and if there's a problem, they won't return your calls or answer your letters.

I would call the attorney general's office in the state of the address you did find. They should be able to tell you the registration of the businesss and if that's their corporate headquarters.
