Default Los Angeles Port

How far is the LA port from the LA airport? Should I book transfers or just grab a cab?

Thanks,
Kathy

The airport is about 20 miles from the port....I would probably go ahead and book a transfer to just be on the safe side! Sometimes Cabs can be hard to grab depending on what time you get there....also, I think it may be less expensive to book a transfer. I have never done that since we drive there....Maybe someone else can help you out with the cost of that.

Hi - I would definately book transfers as traffic in L.A. can be unbelievable - what takes 20 minutes one day might take two hours the next. If you are on the cruiseline transfer they have to wait for you. What ship and when? Have a great time. TTFN Jennifer
