Default 5 day - sign & Sail

Can somebody tell me what the required amount for the Sign & Sail card is for a 5-day cruise. I know it's $200 for a 7-day....
And is there one formal night on a 5 day?

Thanks in advance

Not sure about the amount for the S&S card because we just use a credit card but on our recent 6 day cruise we only had 1 formal night.

One formal night on our last 5 day cruise.........Carnival Holiday.

I think the minimum is $250. But beware, the amount of your tips ($10 pp/pd x 5 days) $50 is automatically deducted from your deposit.

Thomas

We went on the Inspiration 6/6/5 5 nights. we used our Visa/Debit, they placed a 150.00 hold per person on the account. They actually didn't deduct the charges until about 5 days after we returned. We also had 1 formal night. The first "Day at Sea" was our formal night.
Enjoy!!

Joyce:

I am looking at the Carnival Brochure and it says:

Sail & Sign cash deposit is:

2-4 day cruise = $100.00
5-8 day cruise = $200.00
9 days or longer = $350.00

Have a great time.

Thanks all..... We've cruised once before on a 7 day - and our next one is a 7 day. But a friend of mine is getting married in Sept - and JUST decided she wants to cruise on her honeymoon (first cruise). They are going to do a 5-day - and even though I told her about these great sites - she's in the middle of getting the wedding itself ready to go -so she really doesn't have time to research a lot of this for herself. I was pretty sure of the 1-formal night -but I was not so sure of the Sign & Sail. thanks to you all for your answers....
Now if it were only MY time to go.... but still 290 days to wait !!
