Didn't get much response on the destination page so I figured I'd try here. I've just booked my excursions for our upcoming trip. Curious if anyone has done any of these and if so, their opinion of the excursion:
1. Mountain-to-Sea Bike Adventure in Ocho Rios, Jamacia
2. Catch the Wave Undersea Bond Adventure in Cozumel
3. 2-Man bubble Sub in Grand Cayman
4. Parasailing in Labedee
I guess I can help with one. Catch The Wave is a very popular snorkel tour in Cozumel. Very well run, fun boat and snorkel tour. The "bond " adventure is called BOB in other places like St Thomas. It is offered as an 'addition" to the snorkelling. They put you on a small underwater scooter type thing with a plexi helmet providing air to breath. You scoot around under water for 10 or 15 minutes under the watchful eye of a nearby scuba diver for safety. I did not do it but those that did apeared to have fun.
Para sailing is pretty much the same wherever it is offered.
Thanks for the info on the bond. I have done the BOB twice in St Thomas (and loved it both times) but was hoping this was a little different. I may relook the excursions and do something different. I figured parasailing was about the same, although I must say a little too windy in Aruba for me (St Thomas was excellent). Appreciate the feedback.
