Default Back to Back cruises

If you book back to back cruises do you get documents for each cruise?
What about immigration papers - do you just need a set for the first cruise? I just filled out the immigration papers and they don't mention the second cruise at all at HAL's website.

Also, will we be able to get off the ship for the day while in port? We would like to see as much of the city as we can and hope we don't have to stay on board while the newcomers embark.

thanks for any info.

You should have a separate confirmation for both cruises, and you will get two set of documents.

And yes, you may certainly get off the ship, and treat it as any other port day.

Thanks Kuki - that is very helpful. Should we have a different booking number for the second cruise? I read somewhere that you could check on the cruise line's website for confirmation of a booking but can't find it on the HAL site.

Yes, you should have a separate booking # for each cruise, and fill out the online booking info for each separately as well.
