TOS (Terms of Service) Where are they?

Where oh where does one find the TOS. I have searched. looked at every drop down menu, home page, etc. It would help if there were a link set up for this valuable information, so one would not violate the terms.

Hi Toas,
If you go into "about us", you will see user agreement, which is basically the TOS for this site:

Thanks,but might I suggest making it a little easier to find. I certainly don't want to violate any rules, but one needs to know what the rules are before one can obey or violate them.

It was posted right here on the Message Boards but somehow got shoved aside when the 'new look' came out. It is in the process of again being placed in an area that will be hard to miss.
