French door obstructed view balcony cabin
 
I have been looking at a Carnival Legend cruise and see how cheap the partially obstructed balcony is. How obstructed is it? Not sure what the french doors are in a cruise cabin. Thanks for any advise you can give me.

The view may be the side of a lifeboat where you can only see up or down or in the spot between the lifeboats where you can see out somewhat. The French Doors mean just that, you have two glass doors that open but there is no balcony just bars or glass, (not sure), across the opening up to a little over waist high. Many people like these cabins very much as they provide fresh air and you can at the very least note the weather and can see a little bit outside.
