Cruise countdown

I was noticing the countdown to the next cruises that some posters have. Is there a program for this? My mother booked a cruise for 20 or so family members and we going to see if there was a way to email a ticker of sorts.

Probably not possible but just asking.

Hi JP,
Just use this formula and put in your dates, should work:

Countdown Clock:
[ img]/countdown.php?month=02&year=2006&day=09&hour=16:00[/img ]

Change the numbers in the date to match your sail date.
NOTE: the beginning "/" (slash) is VERY important.

I had to put a space after the first bracket and one before the / in the second, take our the spaces...

Hi JP,

Click on "Help" on the top right of your screen. You'll see how to set up a countdown clock. Be sure to copy the whole string (brackets and all) into your signature (in Profile) and change the dates to your sailing.

yeah it worked! now im sad. want to have the next cruise on there for when we are done.

we will have 4 generations on this cruise. my great grandma is too elderly, not old, just too eldery to go. she is 95 so we have some one watching her.

cant wait!

Four generations on a cruise! Wow!

My Great-Grandmother lived to be 97. I was so lucky to have known her and I know you feel that way, too.

Maybe you can book your next cruise onboard and have a new clock when you come back!

Thanks Fern. I think we will have a blast! Packed today (working Mon-Thurs night) because I would not have time this week. Now I'll just be pizzed because I'm tripping over the luggage but I'll be so ready come Sat when the limo gets here.

Laura,
When you go into your profile, go down towards the bottom. You'll see a box for your signature, they countdown line will go in there and then make sure to check the box, to add signature to all your posts, and the countdown will show up each time you post.
