QM2 First Cruise Chile/LA...Need Help ASAP!

We're booked on the QM2 for our first cruise from Chile to LA leaving Feb 8...how can we find out if the ship is going to dock on time in Valparaiso? We are currently in Argentina and will begin a trek through the Andes to reach the port a couple of days early. Between now and then I will have NO internet access to check status, in fact, I will be shut down on my computer in 16 hours. I've emailed Cunard but no response yet and am anxious to find something out before I shut down. Can anyone help?

Looking forward to beginning a cruise odyssey with or without ports! It's about the ship, isn't it???

Sorry, but it's difficult to answer a question... if you don't the answer. At this point probably even Cunard doesn't know for certain.

They did say they will be making all their ports, but are adjusting the port times to make up for reduced speed.

My best guess is the ship will get there... but may be a bit late arriving.
