None that I know of. Assuming you are already into your penalty period for cancellation the cruise line isn't even likely to allow a name change, even if you do find someone.

Sorry you have no insurance... if the reason you can't cruise was insurable. Sadly, the last thing people want to spend money, and the thing they need most.

You didn't say when it is but have you asked your TA? Maybe you can just postpone it and not lose too much $. Are you paid in full? Check into insurance, maybe it's not too late. I've been told you can get it up to a few days before you leave. Good luck.

First, I would check with the cruiseline and see if you can change the names and how much it is. Then I would check with friends and family to see if anyone wants to buy it from you. As a last resort you could advertise it in your local paper or at an on-line auction, such as ebay.

Maybe, if you talk to the travel agent you booked through, they will let you cancel and book something else. Usually there is a penalty for doing this - depending how long until your cruise. If you are not in the penalty time frame, it may only cost you $50.00 or so to do this. If you booked through the cruise line, call them and talk to them about your options.
