Question: On my last 2 b2b Disney cruises we had encountered many dedicated employes. However, one person truly went out of his way and made sure everything was in order for us in the dining room. He knew I did a b2b and changed my dining times etc etc to help out.
I wanted to write the cruise line about this person and how helpful he was. I made sure I have his full name.
Whom do I write the letter to? And do you think it will make a positive difference for the employment of said person? Such as a promotion etc?
Thanks for any input!

I don't know who you would write to at Disney, but I did this with Carnival. I sent the original letter to Customer Relations, but before I sent it I called to see if it would go into the person's employment file. I was told that a copy of the letter would be put in the person's employment file if you copied it to Human Resources too. The person I spoke with at Carnival told me it can make difference if you take the time to write a letter after your cruise. That's one of the things they look at in addition to the comment cards.
