British Isles excursions

How difficult is it to plan your own excursions for the following ports:

Falmouth, Holyhead, Dublin, Belfast, Greenock and Invergordon.

How close is the pier to the actual towns? How available are taxis (capable of taking on a family of five) and/or tours? Any recommendations on a tour company to use for any of the above ports?

Thanks.

Hi cant help with the other ports but Greenock has regular trains to glasgow and once in glasgow I would thoroughly recommend the open top bus trip which leaves from george square which is the main square in the town.

happy cruising
