Default New Booking #

I posted the good news the other day that my cruise fare was reduced, but now when I go to the HAL website and use my booking # it says it has been cancelled. My question is, will I now have a new booking number? I called and left a message with my TA, but if anyone has some experience with this I would love to know!

Send a message via AIM to Kuki

It is possible that your TA found it necessary to cancel and rebook you to get the discount, BUT if that was the case they should have notified you right away with your new booking number.

I would get verification on this ASAP.

Default Thanks!

Thanks for the advice, my TA called me back this morning and let me know he had to rebook my cruise to get the better fare. I did indeed get a new booking # and also he added a few perks like some free bottles of wine as well as a free meal for two at the Pinnacle Grill! Very Happy

I'm glad it worked out and that you got the lower rate and additional perks.

Take care,
