Default Changing dinner arrangements

My husband and I are cruising on Freedom of the Seas leaving on November 5th. We cannot wait to be on this wonderful ship!!
We have second sitting and would very much like to have first sitting.
Do you think that if we tipped the maitre de as soon as we can get on the ship, that it will be possible to get this arranged?
Thank you for your help.

When you first get on board check your the newsletter in you cabin or at the Purser's or Customer Service desk, for the Maitre'd location and ask him. If you are willing to sit with a larger group your chances of being moved without, having to grease his palm, are much greater. If you have to resort to slipping him a $20 than you can always give it a try.

Remember, a smile and a good attitude go a long way. There will be a lot of people with the same request that you have.

Take care,
Mike (Who personally likes late seating)

call your TA and see if she can get your dinner time switched.
If she can't then do as Mike said, this is a common request and the Maitre D will do his best to accomodate your wishes. This is his job, i don't think that it is necessary to"grease his palm".
