Diff between sept cruise and oct cruise in the Med
I'm looking for a 12-14 day cruise in the Med encompasing Venice and some Greek Isles. I see a difference in price of a Sept cruise of $2900 pp and an Oct cruise of $2000 pp. Obviously there is a reason for the difference in price. But I don't know exactly what it is.
Is there that big a difference in the weather or something else between Sept and Oct in the Med?[/code]
There is one real difference between September and October Med cruises - fewer crowds. You will enjoy your port days, and prices in port, much better in October. Yes, weather can get a little iffy but my two mid cruises have been in October and November and never a real weather problem.
