Bringing sons teen friend, what documents will we need?
 

We plan on taking our sons friend along (age 15), and I already know he has a passport - I found in posts here somewhere a document that I worked from basically stating "we are taking him via plane..to travel on Liberty...dates etc. and plan on having this document notarized by both parents (they are dicorced.)
So-1.)Passport
2.) Authoirzation to travel notarized

The only other thing I can think of is a credit card or cash for your son's friend. Otherwise, I think you're covered! Have a great cruise, and what a lucky friend!

Fern, thanks for the form- the one I located resembles it, but I like this one better. I knew there was something I overlooked -by April I may have remebered --medical permission!
