I noticed the port departures from Baltimore,Philadelphia and Norfolk , in 2007 ,have been cut in half from their peak.Is there a new policy regarding these cities? Thanks Don

Cruise lines are trying to fill the ships and more people are sailing out of Florida than the Northeast, also the cruise terminals in many areas are not geared to handle the cruise ships and upgrades are being made to handle more passenger traffic. Hopefully these cities will lure the cruise ships back in the next couple of years and the passenger demand will increase.

Take care,
