If you're taking a taxi, you can ask them to stop by a store on route to the pier.

There are no liquorstores, or supermarkets right by the pier.

You can grab a taxi from the pier... but I think I'd just skip the transfers. A taxi from the airport to the pier is a flat fee $25. Give the driver an extra $5 for the stop.

A cab from the pier to the store and back would cost that anyway, and you get the bonus of not arriving at the pier with a busload of other passengers which is a bit of a pain.

Just don't leave your luggage in the cab while you go into the liquor store unless someone can stay in the cab. That extra tip doesn't measure up to what the cab driver might think you have in your luggage. Most cab drivers are honest, but no sense in tempting fate.
