Honestly I doubt it. I have seen low end snorkels and masks for sale in gift shops from time to time. However, when someone takes a snorkel excursion, the equipment is typically provided by the tour operator. If you require a corrective lense you may luck out and find it when stopped in port at a dive shop, but I would probably bring my own. Actually I am a little paranoid about cooties and germs sometimes, so I often bring my own mask and snorkel and its much nicer than anything I could find to rent and I don't have to worry about catching something from the guy who wore it before. Hope that helps.
